摘  要:[目的/意义]科研大数据是技术进步与经济发展的先导,科研事业发展的源动力,科学设计科研大数据生态系统,梳理各要素间关联关系,可帮助人们调整科研大数据共享流程,使其流向科研人员最高益部分。[方法/过程]结合国内外研究,以我国极地科研大数据发展为实例,对科研大数据生态的构成要素进行详尽剖析,并以此为基础分析科研大数据、科研大数据环境、科研人员间关联关系。[结果/结论]分析得出科研大数据生态系统是一个以数据层、环境层、人员层三层协契为基本框架,以赋予科研大数据生命特征为特色,以科研大数据生命周期各活动为核心,以实现科研大数据价值最大化为目标,数据间存在同源关系、重生关系、遗传变异关系、离易关系,人员间存在链带关系、子集关系、迭升关系,数据、人员与环境间同步与异步关系并存且不断演化的相互关联、和谐有序的动态系统。[Purpose/significance]The big data is the premise of technological progress and economic development,at the same time as the driving force of scientific research development,design science research data of ecological system,combing the relationship between elements,help people adjust the scientific data sharing process,make its flow to the scientific research personnel the highest profit.[Method/process]Combined with domestic and foreign researches,this paper takes the development of scientific research big data in polar regions as an example to analyze the components of scientific research big data ecology in detail,and based on this,analyzes the scientific research big data,the environment of scientific research big data,and the correlation between researchers.[Result/conclusion]It is concluded that the scientific research big data ecosystem is a basic framework of the three-layer association of data layer,environment layer and personnel layer,which is characterized by giving the life characteristics of scientific research big data,taking the activities of the life cycle of scientific research big data as the core,and aiming at maximizing the value of scientific research big data.There are homology relationship,regeneration relationship,genetic variation relationship,separation relationship among data,chain-band relationship,subset relationship,superposition relationship among people,and synchronous and asynchronous relationship between data,people and environment,which are constantly evolving and interrelated,harmonious and orderly dynamic system.
