大数据与人工智能环境下“一主三辅”情报研究工作模式研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]大数据与人工智能(机器智能)等技术,已经并将继续推动着情报研究工作理念和模式的创新,为情报研究工作快速和持续发展带来前所未有的新机遇。[方法/过程]采用文献研究方法,针对4M(人机料法)要素,分析和研究在大数据与人工智能环境下情报研究工作中人类智慧与多源信息、大数据情报分析方法、情报智能机器的关系。[结果/结论]创新提出大数据与人工智能环境下“一主三辅”情报研究工作模式,即:人类智慧*(多源信息+大数据情报分析方法+情报智能机器)。其可以表述为:以人类智慧为主导和主宰,以多源信息、大数据情报分析方法和情报智能机器为辅助。这一工作模式将使情报研究工作的效率、质量和水平显著提高。With the development of big-data and artificial intelligence,some innovation theory and models are provided,some enormous opportunities are introduced for the rapid,healthy,and sustainable development of intelligence analysis.Using literature/documentation review method,the relation of wisdom of experts between more-source information,big-data analysis method,artificial intelligence are analyzed and concluded for intelligence analysis at big-data and artificial intelligence environment from the point of“4M”(man,machine,material,method).The“One Domain and Three Aid”intelligence analysis model at big-data and artificial intelligence environment are creatively proposed.The model is described with“wisdom of experts*(more-source information+big-data intelligence analysis method+intelligence artificial intelligence)”,is specially expressed that intelligence analysis is dominated by wisdom of experts,and aided by more-source information,big-data intelligence analysis method and intelligence artificial intelligence.The efficiency,quality and level of intelligence analysis can be extremely improved.
