基于生态系统健康评价的矿业城市生态修复规划——以鹤岗为例

摘  要:煤矿开采为城市生态和人民生活带来恶劣影响。为推动解决闭矿后的生态问题,文章提出基于生态健康评价的修复规划方法,以生态健康概念为基础,结合恢复生态学理论和矿业城市特点,选择8个指标从四个维度构建矿业城市生态健康评价模型,根据评价结果进行修复规划。以鹤岗为例进行定量研究,结果发现,修复规划面积占12.3%,但规划后"病态""不健康"和"亚健康"面积大幅减少,"较健康"面积提升153.99%,"健康"面积提升55.36%。可见,本法能起到事半功倍的效果,期能为矿业城市生态修复规划提供借鉴。Coal mining has brought bad effects on urban ecology and people’s life.In order to solve the ecological problems after mine closure,a restoration planning method based on ecological health assessment is proposed.According to the results of mining ecological restoration,the urban ecological restoration model is constructed from four dimensions.Taking Hegang as an example,the quantitative study found that the planned area of rehabilitation accounted for 12.3%,but the area of sick,unhealthy and sub-health decreased significantly after planning,increased by 341.03%compared with the healthy area,and the healthy area increased by 53.53%.It can be seen that this method can achieve twice the result with half the effort and provide reference for ecological restoration planning of mining cities.
