当代高校新型餐饮建筑发展与设计初探

摘　　要：餐饮建筑作为大学校园建筑的重要组成部分,在发展的同时也面临着大学生消费需求转变的挑战,即追求功能性与实用性的趋势越来越明显,传统食堂越来越无法满足功能多元的要求。文章从传统餐饮建筑的弊端出发,并对新型餐饮建筑的现状特点进行分析,从而总结出相应的设计策略,提出未来发展的建议。As an important part of university campus buildings,catering buildings are facing the challenge of changing consumer demand of college students while developing.The trend of pursuing functionality and practicability is becoming more and more obvious,and traditional canteens are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of multiple functions.The paper starts from the shortcomings of traditional catering buildings,analyzes the status quo,characteristics,and design methods of new catering buildings,and puts forward suggestions for future development.
