摘　　要：城市教育史研究是西方教育史研究的重要领域之一,是城市史与教育史的交叉学科。它最早产生于20世纪60年代末的美国,之后逐渐影响到加拿大、英国和澳大利亚等国。西方城市教育史研究以城市学校的发展演变为研究对象,可以从社会学、生态学和新马克思主义等多种视角进行研究,具有为制定城市教育政策服务的功能。The study of the history of urban education is one of the important fields in the study of the history of education in the west,and is an interdisciplinary field between the history of cities and the history of education.It first emerged in the United States in the late 1960s and has since gradually influenced countries such as Canada,the United Kingdom and Australia.The study of the history of western urban education takes the development and evolution of urban schools as its research object,can be studied from various perspectives such as sociology,ecology and neo-Marxism,and has the function of serving for the formulation of urban education policies.
