摘　　要：目的:分析飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化手术治疗软核白内障患者的效果。方法:将本院2019年8月-2020年10月收治的101例软核白内障患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组50例给予白内障超声乳化手术治疗,观察组51例在对照组基础上给予飞秒激光手术治疗,观察两组手术一般情况、中央角膜厚度、内皮细胞计数、并发症总发生率。结果:术后,观察组有效超声时间(EPT)短于对照组,持续超声能量(CDE)低于对照组,灌注液流量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中央角膜厚度薄于对照组,内皮细胞计数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(7.84%)低于对照组(22.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化手术治疗软核白内障患者通过改善手术一般情况,减少对内皮细胞的损伤,进而降低并发症总发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification in the treatment of soft nucleus cataract.Method:A total of 101 patients with soft nucleus cataract in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were divided into two groups by the random number table method,50 cases in the control group were treated with phacoemulsification,and 51 cases in the observation group were treated with femtosecond laser surgery on the basis of the control group.The operation general situation,central corneal thickness,endothelial cells and the total incidence of complications of the two groups were observed.Result:After operation,the effective ultrasound time(EPT)of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the continuous ultrasound energy(CDE)was lower than that of the control group,and the perfusion fluid flow was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the central corneal thickness of the observation group was thinner than that of the control group,and the endothelial cell count was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications of the observation group(7.84%)was lower than that of the control group(22.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification in the treatment of patients with soft nucleus cataract can improve the general situation of the operation,reduce the damage to endothelial cells,and then reduce the total incidence of complications.
