摘 要:目的:对精神分裂症后抑郁采用米氮平联合逍遥散治疗的效果进行观察。方法:选取本科室82例精神分裂症后抑郁患者,时间为2020年1月-2021年1月,随机抽签法分为对照组(41例,米氮平)与观察组(41例,米氮平+逍遥散),对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后观察组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.93%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各康复指标评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对精神分裂后抑郁患者采用米氮平联合逍遥散治疗,对患者心理状态改善明显,可有效改善患者临床症状,对患者康复效果提升有促进作用,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of Mirtazapine combined with Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of post schizophrenia depression.Method:A total of 82 patients with post schizophrenic depression in our department from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into control group(41 cases,Mirtazapine)and observation group(41 cases,Mirtazapine+Xiaoyao Powder)by random drawing.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 82.93%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the rehabilitation index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mirtazapine combined with Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of post schizophrenic depression can significantly improve the psychological state of patients,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote the rehabilitation effect of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
