摘　　要：加快推进体育强国建设不仅是全面建成中国特色社会主义小康社会的必然要求,也是助力中华民族伟大复兴强大动力,更是新时代中国体育的使命与担当。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想以及坚持和加强党的领导是新时代体育强国建设的旗帜和重要保障。深刻把握新时代体育强国建设的主要内涵具有极其重要意义,全民健身、办赛参赛能力、提升三大球水平是新时代体育强国建设的核心要义、关键事项和重要举措所在。新时代体育强国建设的实践价值主要集中3个方面:其一,有助于深入实施全民健身战略;其二,有助于办赛参赛能力统合推进;其三,有助于三大球竞技实力的提升。Accelerating the construction of a sports power is not only the inevitable requirement of building a socialist well-off society with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way,but also a powerful driving force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also the mission and responsibility of Chinese sports in the new era.Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and the insistence and strengthening of Party leadership are the banner and important guarantee for the construction of China's sports power in the new era.It is of great significance to deeply grasp the main connotation of the construction of a sports power in the new era.National fitness,competition ability and improving the three ball level are the core,key matters and important measures of the construction of a sports power in the new era.The practical value of building a sports power in the new era mainly focuses on three aspects:first,it is conducive to the in-depth implementation of the national f itness strategy;Second,it helps to promote the integration of the ability to host the competition;Third,it helps to improve the competitive strength of the three major balls.
