摘 要:目的:利用弹力带进行抗阻训练,观察该训练方法对女大学生力量及身体素质的影响。方法:招募60名健康女大学生,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30人,干预组利用弹力带进行每周3次、为期8周的运动锻炼,对照组维持原来的生活习惯。在运动锻炼前后,对两组受试者的身高、体重、BMI、围度、握力、立定跳远等指标进行测量,利用统计学软件进行比较。结果:8周的弹力带抗阻训练后,干预组BMI、上臂围度、大腿围度、握力、立定跳远、坐位体前屈均有明显的改善,干预组和对照组差异明显。结论:弹力带抗阻训练对女大学生力量提高及身体素质的提升有较大的帮助。Object:Use elastic bands for resistance training and observe the impact of this training method on the strength and physical fitness of female college students.Method:Recruit 60 healthy female college students and randomly divide them into 2 groups,an intervention group and a control group,with 30 people in each group.The intervention group uses elastic bands to exercise 3 times a week for 8 weeks,and the control group maintains the original lifestyle habits.Before and after exercise,the two groups of subjects'height,weight,BMI,circumference,grip strength,standing long jump and other indicators were measured,and statistical software was used for comparison.Result:After 8 weeks of elastic band resistance training,the intervention group BMI,upper arm circumference,thigh circumference,grip strength,standing long jump,sitting body forward flexion were all significantly improved,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:Elastic band resistance training is of great help to the improvement of female college students'strength and physical fitness.
