摘 要:为测试蓄电池-超级电容组成的复合储能系统性能,搭建了基于CAN通信的实验平台。该平台分为驱动系统测试部分及复合储能系统硬件在环部分,两部分可单独进行实验也可联合仿真实验,平台可进行驱动电机的爬坡能力测试、加速模拟测试、再生制动回馈测试和标准路况模拟测试进而对城市道路工况进行实时模拟。上位机界面采用LabVIEW编写,用来监控系统状态,可方便地完成操控、测试以及数据的实时采集、储存、分析。与传统试验平台相比驱动电机与电力测功机响应时间提高20%左右,为优化电动汽车复合储能管理系统起到数据支持作用。In order to test the performance of the compound energy storage system composed of accumulator and super capacitor,an experimental platform based on CAN communication is built.The platform is divided into drive system test part and hardware in the loop of composite energy storage system,and the two parts can be tested separately or co-simulated.The platform can test the climbing ability of driving motor,accelerate simulation test,regenerative braking feedback test and standard road condition simulation test,and then simulate the urban road condition in real time.The upper computer interface is written by LabVIEW,which is used to monitor the state of the system,which can easily complete the control,test and real-time data acquisition,storage and analysis.Compared with the traditional test platform,the response time of driving motor and electric dynamometer is increased by about 20%,which plays a data supporting role in optimizing the hybrid energy storage management system of electric vehicle.
