摘 要:为了突破传统理论和实验教学的局限性,提高高能束焊接课程教学质量,培养新型高能束焊接领域人才,建立了基于数值模拟的高能束焊接虚拟仿真实验平台,设计高能束焊接仿真实验,介绍了仿真实验步骤和实验结果分析方法。通过高能束焊接原理虚拟实验,向学生直观地展现高能束焊接瞬态介观过程,引导学生理解复杂小孔熔池动力学行为以及焊接缺陷形成的过程。In order to break through the limitation of traditional theoretical and experimental teaching,improve the teaching quality of high energy beam welding courses,and cultivate new talents in the field of new high energy beam welding,a virtual simulation experimental platform for high energy beam welding based on numerical simulation is established.The simulation experiments for high energy beam welding are designed.The simulation experimental steps and the analysis method of experiment results are presented.Through the virtual experiments,the transient mesoscopic process of high energy beam welding is displayed intuitively to the students.In this way,students are guided to understand the complex dynamic behavior of the keyhole and weld pool and the formation process of welding defects.
