摘  要:基于我校承办临床检验技能大赛的经验和思考,本文分别从创新校企协同育人模式、专业核心技能实践教学改革、技能大赛助力专业人才培养三方面,分析了新时代地方应用型本科院校通过专业技能大赛载体,创新医学检验技术专业本科教育办学模式,将产教融合、协同育人理念贯穿人才培养全过程,促进专业链与产业链、创新链的有机融合,实现人才培养目标与行业产业需求相协同,人才培养质量与地方经济发展相协同,着力培养具有扎实专业理论、过硬实践技能和较强创新思维的“检验+”复合型专业人才。Based on the experience and thinking of the clinical examination skill competition in Chengdu Medical College,we made a synthesis about the school-company co-education modes,practical teaching reform about professional core ability,the skill game promoting professional training.In the new era,the skill competition held by school together with company was a good supporter improving undergraduate co-education modes of medical examination technology for local applied undergraduate college.To achieve the goal of talent training accompanied with industry demand and local economic development,the collaborative education concept on integration of industry and education was used in the whole process of talent training.These measures could promote the integration of professional chain with industrial chain and innovation chain.The"examination+"compound talents with solid professional theory,excellent practical skills and strong innovative thinking should be brought up.
