开放大学基层教学站点现状及改革途径

摘　　要：基层教学工作站、点处于国家开放大学“四级办学”体系的末端,近年来深化人才培养模式改革,加快现代远程开放教育教学改革,各项工作取得长足发展,但也存在办学条件发展不够平衡、管理不够精细和队伍建设不够全面等短板。要力争从完善管理制度、加强党建工作、加大投入力度、加强队伍建设、严格日常管理、强化督导检查、拓宽办学渠道、加大宣传报道等方面促进改革发展,促进基层教学站、点同上级开放大学同步转型发展、同步改革创新,不断提高教育质量。The primary site of job of teaching in the national Open University at the end of the"four"of running system,deepen the reform of the personnel training mode in recent years,we will accelerate reform of the modern open and distance education teaching,each work made great progress,but there are conditions for offering education development is not balanced,management team construction and comprehensive enough.From the perfect management system,strengthen the party construction,increasing investment,strengthening the team construction,strict management,strengthening the daily supervision inspection,broadening the channels for running a school,strengthen publicity,etc,to promote teaching reform and development of the site,at the grass-roots level to promote grass-roots teaching site transformation of synchronous development with the higher Open University,synchronization,reform and innovation,constantly improve the quality of education.
