摘　　要：针对我国政府公共工程管理模式难以满足高质量发展需求的问题,通过查阅相关资料和文献,对德国、英国和美国的政府部门及项目管理组织在政府公共工程管理的创新实践进行了梳理,明确了以原则和价值为导向、控制职能强化、以及政府公共工程管理标准化、信息化的发展趋势,并通过借鉴国际先进经验,结合我国国情,为我国政府公共工程管理模式创新提出了思考和建议。With the development of the construction industry,the traditional management mode of government public works cannot meet the requirement of high-quality development.To address this problem,this paper summarized and analyzed the experience of government public works management innovation in Germany,the United Kingdom and the United States by reviewing relevant literatures,and clarifies the development trends of principle and value oriented,control function strengthening,and government public engineering management standardization and informatization.By learning the international advanced experience and considering the national conditions,some suggestions were provided for the innovation of government public works management mode.
