A-PRF单独用于凹面型上颌窦底提升术同期种植的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过对A-PRF单独用于两种上颌窦底提升术同期种植的临床研究,明确A-PRF的成骨效果。方法选取42例需行上颌窦底提升术且窦底形态为凹面型的患者,为内提升A组和外提升B组,术中将A-PRF作为唯一移植材料,同期共植入60枚种植体,比较二组术中不适感、术后反应程度及术后4、6、12个月的新生骨密度。结果术后反应程度B组明显高于A组;术后4个月,二组的新生骨密度已达到术前水平,术后6、12个月的种植体周围骨组织稳定,且二组术后4、6、12个月同期骨密度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 A-PRF单独用于凹面型上颌窦底内、外提升术且同期种植的患者中均取得了良好的临床效果,种植体周围均有新骨形成,且骨组织稳定。Objective To determine the formation of bone in direct sinus floor elevation and indirect sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implantation by using A-PRF alone.Methods Sixty maxillary requiring sinus floor elevation were selected.The sinuses were randomly and equally divided into direct sinus floor elevation group and indirect sinus floor elevation group.A-PRF as the graft material alone, and 74 implants were implanted simultaneously.To compare the discomfort during operation and the degree of postoperative complications.To comparethe new bone mineral density at 4,6 and 12 months in two groups.Results The discomfort during operation and the degree of postoperative complications in the group A was significantly lower than the group B(P<0.05).The new bone mineral density of the two groups was reached the preoperative level at 4 months after the operation, and the new bone tissue was stable at 6 and 12 months after operation.There was no obvious difference in bone mineral density between the two groups at 4,6 and 12 months(P>0.05).Conclusion Good clinical results have been achieved in direct sinus floor elevation and indirect sinus floor elevation which the sinus floor was concave with simultaneous implantation by using A-PRF alone.New bone was formed around the implant and the bone tissue was stable.
