摘  要:HY-3591单组分耐高温胶作为一种新型滤芯胶粘剂,已经在航空滤芯中大面积使用。近几年,多层玻纤滤层和孔径相对较小的金属丝编织密纹网类滤芯爬胶现象越发凸显,直接影响了滤芯的胶接合格率,主要表现在冒泡点不合格和爬胶引起的外观缺陷。本文通过对不同黏度的胶粘剂进行滤芯胶接试验,证明黏度值在3.5×10^(5)-4×10^(5)mPa·s时较为适宜。HY-3591 single-component high-temperature-resistant adhesive,as a new type of filter element adhesive,has been widely used in aviation filter elements.In recent years,the adhesion phenomenon of metal woven dense mesh filter element with multi-layer glass fiber filter layer and relatively small pore size has become prominent,which directly affects the adhesive bonding rate of the filter elements,mainly characterized by the unqualified bubbling point and appearance defects caused by adhesion.In this article,filter element bonding test is carried out on adhesives with different viscosities,and results prove that the viscosity value is 3.5×10^(5) to 4×10^(5) mPa·s.
