摘  要:面向变电站运行监控画面对电气图元信息标注的特定需求,本设计开发了电气图元信息自动标注系统。首先基于图像处理技术提取监控画面中的感兴趣区域;然后根据模板图元,使用归一化相关系数模板匹配算法检测每个图元,并基于非极大值抑制算法确定每个图元的最优位置。为确保图元信息标注的正确性,实现了标注信息交互编辑修改功能。测试结果表明:该系统对一种图元的自动信息标注能够在毫秒级完成,且对图元位置与编号的自动检测准确率分别达97%和96%以上。Aiming at the specific requirement of electrical element information labeling for substation operation monitoring image,an automatic information labeling system for electrical element is designed.Firstly,the region of interest in the monitoring image is extracted based on image processing technology,and then the template matching algorithm based on the normalized correlation coefficient is applied to detect each element according to the template element.The optimal position of each element is determined based on non-maximum suppression algorithm.In order to ensure the correctness of labeling information of graphic element,the function of interactive editing and modification for labeling information is also realized.The test results show that the automatic information labeling process for one element can be completed in milliseconds,and the automatic detection accuracy of the element location and the element identification number is more than 97%and 96%,respectively.
