摘　　要：第五版胸部肿瘤WHO分类将原位腺癌从腺癌的目录移出,另归类到前驱腺体病变,这引起了国内胸部肿瘤内科医生、影像科医生、病理科医生和外科医生的关注和热烈讨论。笔者就其中部分观点,联系肺癌筛查中常见的肺部结节处理原则,提出相应的看法和建议,欢迎大家批评指正,参与讨论。Pulmonary adenocarcinoma in situ is reclassified as precursor glandular lesions in the fifth edition of WHO classification of thoracic tumours,causing widespread attention and heated debate among domestic thoracic oncologists,radiologists,pathologists and surgeons.We would like to comment on the topic and make a few suggestions on the management of pulmonary nodule during lung cancer screening.We are open to all suggestion and welcome debates.
