摘 要:目的:探讨高强度间歇训练对男子自由式摔跤运动员无氧运动能力的影响。方法:将16名男子自由式摔跤运动员随机分成实验组和对照组,每组8人。对照组进行日常体能训练,实验组进行高强度间歇训练,训练为期8周,训练前后对所有运动员的体重、身体成分、无氧功和血乳酸进行检测。结果:(1)心率方面:在训练过程中,实验组运动员最高心率和平均心率均显著高于对照组,达到最大心率的85%以上,训练强度较大,训练内容属于无氧运动为主。(2)身体成分方面:训练干预后,实验组的体重下降不明显,但是肌肉重量显著增加(P<0.05),脂肪重量和体脂百分比显著降低(P<0.05);而对照组训练后的体重、肌肉重量、脂肪重量和体脂百分比均没有显著变化(P>0.05)。(3)无氧功方面:实验组训练干预后的PP、PP/kg、AP、AP/kg有升高,PD有下降,并且与训练干预前相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组训练干预后的PP、PP/kg、AP、AP/kg与训练干预前相比略有升高,PD略有下降,但各项无氧功指标均没有发生显著性变化(P>0.05);实验组在训练干预后的PP、PP/kg、AP、AP/kg均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),PD显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)血乳酸方面:实验组的血乳酸峰值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且血乳酸的恢复速度明显好于对照组。结论:8周高强度间歇训练能够明显提高男子自由式摔跤运动员的无氧运动能力,具体表现在提高肌肉重量,降低体脂肪含量和体脂百分比,能够显著提高运动员的无氧功和机体耐受乳酸的能力。Objective:To explore the effect of high intensity interval training on anaerobic ability of male freestyle wrestlers.Methods:16 male freestyle wrestlers were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,8 in each group.The control group was given daily physical fitness,and the experimental group was given high intensity intermittent training for 8 weeks.The weight,body composition,anaerobic work and blood lactic acid of all athletes were detected before and after training.Results:(1)heart rate:during the training,the maximum heart rate and average heart rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,reaching more than 85%of the maximum heart rate.The training intensity was relatively high,and the training content was mainly anaerobic exercise.(2)body composition:after the training intervention,the weight loss of the experimental group was not obvious,but the muscle weight increased significantly(P<0.05),Fat weight and percentage of body fat decreased significantly(P<0.05);However,the weight,muscle weight,fat weight and body fat percentage of the control group did not change significantly after training(P>0.05).(3)In terms of anaerobic work:PP,PP/kg,AP,AP/kg of the experimental group increased to a certain extent after the training intervention,while PD decreased to a certain extent,and there were significant differences compared with those before the training intervention(P<0.05);The PP,PP/kg,AP and AP/kg of the control group after the training intervention were slightly higher than those before the training intervention,and the PD was slightly lower,but the indexes of anaerobic power did not change significantly(P>0.05);The PP,PP/kg,AP and AP/kg of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the PD of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Blood lactic acid:The peak value of blood lactic acid in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the
