我国农村居民点整理潜力主流测算方法综述

摘　　要：目前我国正处于“十四五”规划时期,土地规划明确表示全面推进新乡村建设,改善人民居住环境。为了彻底改善居民的住宅环境,必须做好一项重要的基础工作,那就是正确测算整理潜力。在参阅国内一些专家学者关于整理潜力的分析研究文献基础上,对目前较为流行的测算方法进行了分析比对,对它们的优缺点作了评述。指出了整理潜力测算存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。At present,China is in the“Fourteenth Five-Year”planning period,the land planning clearly indicates that the comprehensive promotion of new rural construction is needed to improve the people’s living environment.In order to completely improve the residential environment of residents,we must do an important foundation work:the correct calculation of finishing potential.By referring to some domestic experts and scholars’analysis and research literature of collation potential,the current popular calculation methods were analyzed and compared and comments on their advantages and disadvantages were made.Problems existing in the estimation of collation potential were pointed out and some relevant suggestions were put forward.
