摘 要:文章以某乘用车加速异响问题为例,采用试验的手段进行排查和改进。首先,对问题点的现象及发生工况进行主观评价及客观测试,明确了350 Hz~450 Hz为异响频段。其次,测试动力总成本体上振动及拆除零部件等试验手段进行验证,明确了加速异响与曲轴扭转振动相关。最终,通过在整车上测试曲轴扭转振动及改进扭转减振器的工作频率,降低了曲轴扭转振动幅值,消除了加速异响。Taking the abnormal acceleration noise of a passenger vehicle as an example,the problem is checked and improved by means of test.First of all,the phenomenon of the problem point and the occurrence condition were evaluated subjectively and tested objectively,and 350 Hz~450 Hz was identified as abnormal sound frequency band.Secondly,testing the vibration on the powertrain and dismantling the parts,the correlation between the acceleration abnormal noise and the torsional vibration of the crankshaft is confirmed.Finally,by testing the torsional vibration of the crankshaft on the vehicle and improving the working frequency of the torsional vibration damper,the amplitude of the torsional vibration of the crankshaft is reduced and the abnormal acceleration noise is eliminated.
