摘  要:公立医院是医疗体系的重要组成部分,根据建设规模和床位比例等条件,公立医院又分为三级医院、二级医院和一级医院三个等级,承担着治病救人、提供良好医疗卫生服务、保障人民群众生命健康安全的重要社会责任。尤其是面对突发的大型公共医疗事件时更为明显。卫生专业技术人才是医院的核心竞争力,也是医院良好发展的保障。此次研究以北京市某二级医院为研究对象,通过对医院卫生专业技术人员进行问卷调查,分析探讨医院在卫生专业技术人才管理方面的特点。希望能通过进一步改善人才管理的方式,加强员工归属感,提高员工工作积极性,帮助医院更好地发展,实现医院社会效益最大化。Public hospitals are an important part of the medical system.According to conditions such as construction scale and bed ratio,public hospitals are divided into three levels:tertiary hospitals,second-level hospitals and first-level hospitals.They are responsible for treating patients and providing good medical and health care,to serve and protect the lives,health and safety of the people.Especially in the face of sudden large-scale public medical incidents,it is more obvious.Health professionals are the core competitiveness of the hospital and the guarantee for the good development of the hospital.This study took a second-level hospital in Beijing as the research object,and analyzed and explored the characteristics of the hospital's management of health professionals through questionnaire surveys of the hospital's health professionals.It is hoped that through further improvement of talent management methods,the sense of belonging of employees can be strengthened,the enthusiasm of employees at work can be improved,and the hospital can develop better and maximize the social benefits of the hospital.
