摘 要:目的分析微课结合案例教学应用于超声心动图临床教学的效果。方法以30名超声心动图教学学生为研究对象,研究时间为2019年2—11月,分为参照组15名与研究组15名,分别实施常规教学、微课结合案例教学,两组学生的学习效果对比分析。结果研究组理论成绩(93.32±6.54)分、实验成绩(90.68±5.17)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学习兴趣评分(91.64±4.56)分、识记能力评分(86.79±4.82)分、知识理解评分(98.53±4.65)分、分析能力评分(92.56±5.41)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度(100.00%)优于参照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图临床教学中应用微课结合案例教学,学生学习成绩明显提高,同时还可培养其综合能力,具有显著应用价值,另外,此教学模式受到学生较高满意度评价。Objective To analyze the effect of micro-class combined case teaching in clinical teaching of echocardiography.Methods 30 cases of echocardiography teaching students were taken as the object.The study time was from February to November 2019.They were divided into 15 cases in the reference group and 15 cases in the researoh study group.The two groups were implemented with conventional teaching and micro-class combined with case teaching.Comparative analysis of students'learning effects.Results The theoretical score(93.32±6.54)points and experimental score(90.68±5.17)points of the study group were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group’s interest in learning score(91.64±4.56)points,memorization score(86.79±4.82)points,knowledge understanding score(98.53±4.65)points,and analytical ability score(92.56±5.41)points were all higher than those of the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree(100.00%)of the study group was(66.67%)better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-classes combined with case teaching in clinical echocardiography teaching can significantly improve students'academic performance,and at the same time can cultivate their comprehensive abilities,which has significant application value.In addition,this teaching model has been appraised by students'high satisfaction.
