摘  要:通过动力学仿真对齿轮的传动误差进行研究,为ZA型蜗杆副的设计提供一种便捷的评价方法。基于成形加工原理和齿轮啮合原理,建立ZA型蜗杆副的数学模型,将在Matlab计算得到的齿面点导入UG,完成蜗杆副三维模型的构建;在RecurDyn中建立蜗杆副的多体动力学模型,对定转速变转矩和定转矩变转速的情况进行传动误差分析。结果显示在恒定转速的情况下,传动误差均值和波动幅值随负载的增大而增大;在恒定负载的情况下,传动误差均值和波动幅值受转速的增大基本保持不变。通过仿真分析,可为蜗杆副的设计提供一种评价方式,为研究蜗杆副的啮合振动和噪声提供参考。The transmission error of gears is studied by dynamic simulation,which provides a convenient evaluation method for the design of the ZA worm pair.The mathematical model of the ZA worm pair is established according to the forming principle and gear meshing principle,and the tooth surface points calculated by MATLAB are imported into UG to complete the construction of a three-dimensional model of the worm pair.The multi-body dynamics model of the worm pair is established in RecurDyn,and the transmission error is analyzed in both condtions variable torque at a constant rotational speed&viable rotational speed under constant torque.The results show that at a constant rotational speed,the mean value of the transmission error and the amplitude of fluctuation increase with the increase of the load;in the case of constant load,the mean value of the transmission error and the amplitude of the fluctuation are basically kept constant.Through this simulation analysis,it can provide an evaluation method for the design of the worm pair,and provide a reference for the studying of the worm pair’s meshing vibration and noise.
