摘 要:以应某企业要求设计一款用于机械手臂端部完成螺旋高速往复的机构,介绍了双滚子在螺旋线圆柱凸轮上的应用。采用解析法对机构的受力以及运动进行理论分析。利用NX10.0建模,将模型导入Adams2016输出其运动数据,对解析法结果进行验证。对设计初期得到的滚子与螺旋切槽的接触冲击进行分析,针对双滚子在运作时对螺旋切槽造成冲击大、晃动剧烈、部分零件磨损严重等问题,对圆柱凸轮机构进行优化改进,利用Adams2016软件对滚子的运动进行模拟分析。分析运算后的结果验证了改进后的机构在很大程度上实现了增加双滚子螺旋运动的平稳性能,更好的实现了双滚子与凸轮槽之间的拟合,实现了机构的平稳、高效运行。In order to design a mechanism for the high-speed reciprocating of the end of the mechanical arm at the request of a certain enterprise,the application of the double roller on the spiral cylindrical cam was introduced.Analytical method is used to analyze the force and movement of the mechanism.Using NX10.0 modeling,the model was imported into Adams2016 to output its motion data,and the analytical results were verified.The contact shock of the roller and the spiral grooving obtained at the initial stage of the design is analyzed.The cylindrical cam mechanism is optimized and improved for the problems of large impact,severe sloshing and severe wear of some parts on the spiral grooving during operation.The Adams2016 software was used to simulate the movement of the roller.The results of the analysis and calculation are more accurate.The improved mechanism greatly realizes the smooth performance of increasing the double roller spiral motion,and better realizes the fitting between the double roller and the cam groove,realizing the mechanism.Smooth and efficient operation.
