摘 要:针对汽车主减速器虚拟装配系统的开发需求,以Unity作为开发工具,结合HoloLens设备,对主减速器虚拟装配中的着色器、碰撞检测和人机交互等关键技术进行研究。通过分析不同光照模型及其所实现的渲染效果引入Half Lambert光照模型,并将其与Blinn-Phong光照模型相结合实现能够获取逼真场景的着色器渲染技术,并根据Unity中基本碰撞器和网格碰撞器的使用特点提出了一种针对主减速器虚拟装配的碰撞检测方法,此外还基于HoloLens的凝视、手势和语音等三大基本输入方式实现了一整套简单、自然、人性化的全新人机交互方式。For the development requirements of the virtual assembly system of automobile main reducer,takingUnity as the development tool,combined with the HoloLens equipment,the key technologies such as shader,collision detection and human-computer interaction in the virtual assembly of main reducer were studied.The Half Lambert lighting model is proposed by analyzing different lighting models and their rendering effects,and shader rendering technology that captures realistic scenes was achieved by combining it with the Blinn-Phong lighting model.And a collision detection method for virtual assembly of main reducer is proposed according to the use characteristics of basic collider and mesh collider in Unity.A set of simple,natural and humanized new human-computer interaction ways were achieved based on HoloLens′s three basic input methods:gaze,gesture and voice.
