摘 要:目的探究肌电生物反馈疗法治疗痉挛性脑性瘫痪儿童的效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月本院收治的痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿100例为研究对象,以数字单双号随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组采取常规康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取肌电生物反馈疗法。比较两组CMFM评分、MAS评分、PBS评分及踝关节活动度。结果治疗后,研究组CMFM评分、PBS评分和踝关节活动度均高于对照组,MAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施肌电生物反馈疗法治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿效果显著,有助于提升患儿下肢功能,改善踝关节活动度。Objective To explore the effect of electromyography biofeedback therapy in rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 100 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to single and double numbers method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the study group took electromyographic biofeedback therapy on the basis of control group.The CMFM score,MAS score,PBS score,and ankle range of motion between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,CMFM score,PBS score and ankle joint range of motion in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the MAS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of electromyographic biofeedback therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy has a significant therapeutic effect,which helps to improve the function of the children’s lower limbs and improve the mobility of the ankle joint.
