高强度聚焦超声刀治疗晚期肝癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高强度聚焦超声刀治疗晚期肝癌的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的60例晚期肝癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用体部伽玛刀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合高强度聚焦超声刀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肝功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组总胆红素(TBil)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论在体部伽玛刀的基础上联合高强度聚焦超声刀治疗晚期肝癌的效果显著,可改善患者肝功能,且不会增加不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound knife in the treatment of advanced liver cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with body gamma knife,and the observation group was treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound knife on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the total bilirubin(TBil),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of the body gamma knife,the combination of high-intensity focused ultrasound knife has significant effect in the treatment of advanced liver cancer,improves the liver function of the patient,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions rate.
