摘 要:Bi_(2)Sr_(2)CaCu_(2)O_(8+x)(Bi-2212)高温超导材料因其优异的性能被认为是制造磁约束聚变堆超导磁体的最有前途的候选材料之一。而Ag-Mg合金作为Bi-2212线材的包覆层,其辐照效应研究较少。通过SRIM-2013软件模拟氦离子在不同入射角下的辐照、以及离子与Ag-Mg包覆层之间的微观交互作用,计算分析了氦离子的射程、缺陷空位以及氦离子浓度与深度的变化。结果表明:能量为2 MeV时,随着入射角度的增大产生的空位数明显减少,而离子浓度呈高斯规律分布。Bi_(2)Sr_(2)CaCu_(2)O_(8+x)(Bi-2212)high temperature superconducting material is considered as one of the most promising candidate materials for the fabrication of magnetically constrained fusion reactor superconducting magnets due to its excellent properties.However,the irradiation effect of Ag-Mg alloy as the sheath of Bi-2212 wire is seldom studied.SRIM-2013 software is used to simulate the radiation of helium ions at incident angles,as well as the interaction between ions and Ag-Mg sheath.The range,defect vacancy,concentration and depth of helium ions were calculated and analyzed.The results show that when the energy is 2 MeV,the number of vacancies decreases obviously with the increase of incident angle,and the ion concentration is distributed in a Gaussian pattern.
