医院后勤服务社会化的现状问题及对策分析

摘　　要：医院后勤工作不仅仅是为辅助患者治疗疾病促进身体康复,更因为其庞大的业务运作体系,涉及到社会各个方面,在对医院后勤服务社会化的过程中不仅可以促进医院自身发展,同时也能在社会化的互动过程中带动更多行业投入到医院后勤服务中。该文基于医疗事业稳定发展、利国利民的大局观,就医院后勤服务社会化的现状问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了几点落实过程中的策略办法。从而更好推进医院后勤服务社会化工作,促使我国医疗单位在新时期大环境中有充足的物资来源用以提升医疗科研水平,更好地服务于社会和人民。Hospital logistics work is not only for assisting patients to treat diseases and promote physical recovery,but also because of its huge business operation system,which involves all aspects of society.In the process of socializing hospital logistics services,it can not only promote the development of the hospital itself,but also in the process of social interaction,more industries are driven to invest in hospital logistics services.This article discusses the status quo of the socialization of hospital logistics services.The problem was analyzed,and on this basis,several strategies and measures in the implementation process were put forward.So as to better promote the socialization of hospital logistics services,and prompt Chinese medical units to have sufficient sources of materials in the new era of the environment to improve the level of medical research and better serve the society and the people.
