摘 要:目的探讨多元化培训模式在儿科新护士独立岗前培训中的应用价值。方法随机在该院2019年1月—2020年1月新入职的护士中选取60名作为该次研究对象,借助计算机随机分组软件将其平均分为观察组和对照组,各30名,并在岗前分别予以多元化培训模式和常规培训模式,对比两组各观察指标(理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩及护理质量得分)差异。结果观察组的理论和操作考核成绩得分[(94.51±6.19)分、(96.86±7.13)分]较对照组[(85.11±8.11)分、(83.20±7.92)分]明显较高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.046、7.020,P<0.05);和对照组相比,观察组护理质量各评分指标(基础护理、危重症护理、专科护理、护理安全、病房管理)得分均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多元化培训模式用于儿科新护士独立岗前培训中,不仅有助于提高护理人员的临床技能,还能够改善护理质量,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of diversified training models in independent pre-job training of new pediatric nurses.Methods Randomly selected 60 nurses from January 2019 to January 2020 in the hospital who were newly recruited as the subjects of this study.With the help of computer randomization software,they were equally divided into observation group and control group of 30 nurses each,and they were on duty adopted diversified training mode and conventional training mode were given before,and the differences in the two groups of observation indicators(theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores and nursing quality scores)were compared.Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the observation group[(94.51±6.19)points,(96.86±7.13)points]were significantly higher than those of the control group[(85.11±8.11)points,(83.20±7.92)points],and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=5.046,7.020,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group has significantly higher scores on various scoring indicators of nursing quality(basic nursing,critical care,specialist nursing,nursing safety and ward management),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified training model used in the independent pre-job training of new pediatric nurses can not only help improve the clinical skills of nurses,but also improve the quality of nursing.The effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
