摘 要:目的研究血液肿瘤科临床带教应用案例导学式教学模式对教学效果的作用。方法选择2019年1—12月该院血液肿瘤科的临床研究生及实习医师共52名,按照随机信封分组法的分组方式将其分成两个独立小组。实施传统教学模式进行临床带教的实习医师作为参比组,实施案例导学式教学模式进行临床带教的实习医师作为研究组。对比两组血液肿瘤科实习医师进行带教后的考核成绩、临床工作能力和带教满意度。结果在对血液肿瘤科实习医师进行临床带教后,研究组实习医师的考核成绩较参比组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习医师的临床工作能力较参比组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习医师的带教满意度较参比组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对血液肿瘤科实习医师进行临床带教时,采用案例导学式教学模式能够提升实习医师的考核成绩,锻炼实习医师的临床工作能力,提高带教满意度。Objective To study the effect of case-guided teaching mode in clinical teaching in the department of hematology and oncology.Methods A total of 52 clinical graduate students and interns from the department of hematology and oncology in the hospital from January and December 2019 were selected during this time period.According to the randomized envelope grouping method,they were divided into two independent groups.The interns who implemented the traditional teaching model for clinical teaching served as the reference group,and the interns who implemented the case-guided teaching model for clinical teaching served as the research group.Compared the assessment results,clinical work ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of hematology oncology interns after teaching.Results After the clinical teaching of interns in the department of hematology oncology,the evaluation scores of interns in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical work ability of interns in the research group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the interns in the research group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When conducting clinical teaching for interns in the department of hematology oncology,the use of case-guided teaching mode can improve the appraisal results of interns,exercise the clinical work ability of interns,and improve the satisfaction of teaching.
