摘 要:目的通过分析某公立医院专业技术人员晋升高级职称情况,探索如何改进高级职称评审标准和方式。方法以某公立医院2015—2019年晋升高级职称的304名专业技术人员为对象,进行统计分析。结果医师系列和非医师系列人员晋升高级职称,在年龄和年限上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应当从职称结构比例、评审标准、评审方法等方面改进高级职称评审工作,确保各系列人员均衡发展和职称评审工作的客观公正。Objective To explore how to improve the evaluation standards and methods of senior professional titles by analyzing the promotion of professional and technical personnel in a public hospital.Methods A statistical analysis of 304 professional and technical personnel who were promoted to senior titles in a public hospital from 2015 to 2019 was carried out.Results The promotion of senior professional titles between physician series and non-physician series,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The evaluation of senior professional titles should be improved in terms of the proportion of professional title structure,evaluation standards,evaluation methods,etc.,to ensure the balanced development of various series of personnel and the objective and fairness of the evaluation of professional titles.
