摘 要:目的分析在儿科输液护理带教中应用细节管理的效果。方法研究样本68名选取于该院儿科2018年10月—2020年10月间实习的护生。纳入对象根据教学模式差异性分为研究组(n=34)、参比组(n=34)。为参比组护生实施常规带教,基于此,为研究组护生开展细节管理。对比观察两组静脉输液操作考核成绩、综合能力、教学满意度、对带教老师的教学评分。结果研究组护生静脉输液操作考核成绩优良率明显高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护生交流沟通能力、临床思维能力、问题解决能力、人文关怀能力均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度明显高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护生对带教老师教学能力、输液能力、护理技能、职业态度、职业习惯的教学评分明显高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理应用于儿科输液护理带教中能够取得较为理想的带教效果,有效提高护生静脉输液操作技能水平与综合能力,提高其对教学模式的满意程度,值得参考推广。Objective To analyze the effect of detail management in pediatric infusion nursing teaching.Methods A sample of 68 nursing students was selected from October 2018 to October 2020 in the department of pediatrics of the hospital.The included objects were divided into study group(n=34)and reference group(n=34)according to the differences in teaching mode.Carry out routine teaching for the nursing students of the reference group.Based on this,carry out detailed management for the nursing students of the research group.Compare and observe the two groups of intravenous infusion operation assessment scores,comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction,and the teaching scores of the teachers.Results The excellent and good rate of the nursing students in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing students of the study group had higher communication skills,clinical thinking skills,problem solving skills,and humanistic care skills than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching scores of the nursing students in the study group on the teaching ability,infusion ability,nursing skills,professional attitude and habit of the teacher were significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in pediatric infusion nursing teaching can achieve a relatively ideal teaching effect,effectively improve the skill level and comprehensive ability of nursing students'intravenous infusion operation,and improve their satisfaction with the teaching mode.It is worthy of reference and promotion.
