摘  要:目的分析多媒体互动式教学在心内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法研究样本62名选取于该院心内科2018年11月—2020年9月间实习的护生。纳入对象根据教学模式差异性分为分析组(n=31)、对比组(n=31)。为对比组护生实施常规教学,基于此,为分析组护生开展多媒体互动式教学。对比观察两组考核成绩、综合素质、教学满意度。结果分析组护生理论知识、相关操作考核成绩均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组护生解决问题能力、交流沟通能力、应急处理能力、知识掌握度均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组教学满意度明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体互动式教学应用于心内科护理教学中能够取得较为理想的教学效果,有效提高护生理论知识、实践操作成绩与综合素质,提升其对教学模式的满意程度。Objective To analyze the application effect of multimedia interactive teaching in cardiology nursing teaching.Methods The study sample of 62 nursing students who were internships in the Department of Cardiology of the hospital from November 2018 to September 2020.The included subjects were divided into analysis group(n=31)and comparison group(n=31)according to the differences in teaching mode.In order to implement conventional teaching for the nursing students in the comparison group,based on this,carry out multimedia interactive teaching for the nursing students in the analysis group.Compared and observed the assessment results,overall quality,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and relevant performance assessment scores of the nursing students in the analysis group were higher than those in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the problem-solving ability,communication skills,emergency response ability,and knowledge mastery of the nursing students in the analysis group were higher than those in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction of the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multimedia interactive teaching in cardiology nursing teaching can achieve ideal teaching effects,effectively improve the theoretical knowledge,practical performance and comprehensive quality of nursing students,and enhance their satisfaction with the teaching model.
