乳腺癌化疗后骨髓抑制应用益气生血汤治疗对KPS评分与G-CSF、IL-11水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌化疗后骨髓抑制应用益气生血汤治疗对KPS评分与G-CSF、IL-11水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月某院收治的乳腺癌患者96例,作为此研究对象,通过信封法分为对照组和研究组各48例。对照组单化疗+西药利血治疗,研究组化疗后西药利血+益气生血汤治疗,对比两组KPS评分与中医症候积分、G-CSF与IL-11水平以及血象指标水平。结果:研究组KPS评分高于对照组,中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中研究组患者G-CSF与IL-11的水平均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组WBC、Hb、PLT水平比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:用益气生血汤对乳腺癌化疗患者进行干预,可降低G-CSF与IL-11水平,提升KPS评分,降低中医症候积分,还利于血象指标的改善,应用效果良好,可考虑推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Shengxue decoction in the treatment of bone marrow suppression on the KPS score and G-CSF,IL-11 levels of after breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods:Ninety-six breast cancer patients admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group by the envelope method.The control group was treated with single chemotherapy+western medicine to promote blood,and the study group was treated with western medicine to promote blood+Yiqi Shengxue decoction after chemotherapy.The KPS score and TCM syndrome score,G-CSF and IL-11 levels,and blood indexes levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The KPS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The G-CSF and IL-11 in the study group during the treatment process were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,Hb and PLT in the study group were higher than those in the control group during the treatment process(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention with Yiqi Shengxue decoction for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can reduce G-CSF and IL-11 levels,increase KPS score,reduce TCM syndrome score,and also benefit the improvement of blood indicators.The application effect is good,and it can be considered for promotion.
