摘　　要：东坡美食文化之美大致归纳为“膳食五适之美”“吟咏方物之美”“菜肴故事之美”“方物知识之美”“食补养生之美”“守本开新之美”六大特色。已有四种研发成果推向全国,取得较好红利。The beauty of Dongpo food culture is roughly summarized into the following six characteristics,which are“the beauty of diet”,“the beauty of Praise”“,the beauty of dish story”,“the beauty of knowledge”,“the beauty of food and health”,“the beauty of inheritance and innovation”.Four kinds of research and development achievements have been made across the country and achieved good dividends.
