成型磨削工艺在异形凸模加工中的应用

摘　　要：为了提高模具质量,更好地满足产品要求,结合企业的生产设备条件,对异形凸模的加工工艺进行改进,在平面磨床上采用成型磨削工艺对其进行精加工,提高了零件的加工精度,缩短了制造周期,降低了制造成本,取得良好的经济效益,值得中小模具企业加工类似模具零件时借鉴。In order to improve the die quality and better meet the product requirements, combined with the production equipment conditions of the enterprise, the machining process of heterogeneous convex mold is improved. The molding grinding process is used for finishing machining on the surface grinder, which improves the machining accuracy of parts, shortens the manufacturing cycle, reduces the manufacturing cost and obtains good economic benefits, which is worthy of reference for small and medium-sized mold enterprises when processing similar mold parts.
