摘　　要：文章以知识资本流动路径为切入点,阐述企业开放式创新中知识产权协作的内部和外部知识循环模式。企业知识产权协作主要包括企业自身,以及企业协作方、协作保障部门等参与方,企业通过投资收购、交叉许可、免费授权的协作方式,促进知识产权协作有效运转。The article takes the flow path of intellectual capital as the breakthrough point,expounds the internal and external knowledge circulation mode of intellectual property cooperation in enterprise open innovation.Enterprise intellectual property cooperation mainly includes the enterprise itself,as well as the participating parties such as enterprise collaborators and cooperation guarantee departments.Enterprises promote the effective operation of intellectual property cooperation through cooperation methods such as investment acquisition,cross-licensing,and free authorization.
