摘 要:针对苹果套袋机小型化、高精度、高稳定性等实际需求,设计了一种以STM32F030C8T6为核心的苹果套袋机控制电路。电源电路设计将外接电源进行降压处理后为各器件供电,设计电机驱动电路以驱动小型风机吸起袋口,并通过装订封口电路控制电磁铁推动订针以完成套袋完毕后的装订过程。给出了STM32控制器控制风机和电磁铁实现苹果套袋的控制方案,以及主体程序算法。在Simulink仿真模型及实际焊接电路上进行了大量的试验,仿真与测试结果表明,该苹果套袋机电路运行稳定,可以稳定地完成苹果套袋的撑口与封口。Aiming at the practical requirements of miniaturization,high precision and high stability of apple bagging machine,a circuit of apple bagging machine with STM32F030C8T6 as the core is designed.The power circuit is designed to supply power to each device after the step⁃down treatment of the external power supply.The motor drive circuit is designed to drive the small fan to pick up the bag mouth,and the staple circuit is used to control the electromagnet to push the stitching needle to complete the stapling process after bagging.The control scheme of apple bagging with fan and electromagnet controlled by STM32 controller and the main program algorithm are given.A large number of experiments are carried out in Simulink simulation model and actual welding circuit.The simulation and experimental results show that the circuit of apple bagging operates stably,and the bagging and stapling can be completed stably.
