乳腺小肿块应用超声BI-RADS指标与弹性成像结合诊断早期乳腺癌的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价在乳腺小肿块临床诊断中,应用弹性成像和BI-RADS(乳腺影像报告和数据系统)超声指标联合诊断的效果,为尽早明确乳腺癌提供指导。方法:选取2016年2月—2020年12月我院就诊的乳腺小肿块患者65例,共有乳腺肿块77个。所有患者(77个乳腺肿块)均实施弹性成像和BI-RADS超声检查(试验组)和BI-RADS超声检查(对照组),对两种诊断结果进行对比和评价。结果:在诊断结果方面,试验组诊断准确率96.0%高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组阳性预测值、特异度、阴性预测值、灵敏度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上应用弹性成像和BI-RADS超声指标联合对乳腺小肿块诊断效果优于单纯应用超声BI-RADS指标诊断,应用价值较高,可使得乳腺癌尽早确诊,建议应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined application of elastography and BI-RADS(breast imaging report and data system)ultrasound indicators in the clinical diagnosis of small breast masses,to provide guidance for the early identification of breast cancer.Method The evaluation objects were 65 patients with small breast masses who were treated in our hospital.The consultation period was Feb.2016-Dec.2020.There were 77 breast masses in total.All patients were diagnosed through surgical cases.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with flexibility.For imaging and BI-RADS ultrasound examination,combined ultrasound diagnosis was used as the test group,and BI-RADS ultrasound examination was used as the control group to compare and evaluate the diagnosis results.Results Compared with the control group,the diagnostic accuracy of the test group was significantly improved(96.0%vs 72.0%)in terms of diagnosis results,with a significant difference,P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the test group had positive predictive value,specificity,negative predictive value,and sensitivity Significant improvement,significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion The combined application of elastography and BI-RADS ultrasound indicators in clinical practice can effectively identify the nature of small breast masses,with high application value,which can make the diagnosis of breast cancer as early as possible,and it is recommended to promote it.
