摘 要:战场态势中频繁出现的一批目标变多批、混批、目标跟踪错乱、轨迹中断等现象,表面上看是融合出了问题,但究其根本原因,则可归结为目标探测信息的时空一致性的差异。由此,本文着重探讨多传感器时空配准问题,认为构建时间同步体系是解决时间同步问题的基础。其中,保证各节点时间同步的关键是建立可追踪的溯源链和动态监控措施。同样,解决空间配准问题则需要灵活运用多种配准方法。本文对其中两类典型的方法(公共目标配准和协同目标配准法)的原理模型进行推导及数字化仿真,同时,为了应对各类不确定的复杂的战场环境,面向多传感器时空配准,给出一个统一的时空配准问题的处理框架。In the situation picture of the surveillance systems,there always exist a number of confusions such as multiple tracks for one object,excessive track number changes,tracking anomalies,and broken tracks.It seems that something is wrong with track fusion algorithm,but the essential cause comes down to the time and spatial inconsistency of the target detections and measures.Consequently,we will revisit the multi-sensor time and spatial registration problem in this paper.Firstly,construction of a Common Time Reference is fundamental to the unit time synchronization for the distributed ships,airplanes,sensors,weapon systems,and command and control center etc.In which the time traceable chain and the dynamic monitoring policy are the crucial of the time consistency.Secondly,the space registration problems could be solved by smart use of various sensor alignment methods.Two typical approaches of common target registration and cooperating target registration are derived and simulated.Finally,we put forward a unified architecture for multisensory time and spatial registration.
