摘 要:目的探讨磁共振组织追踪成像(MR-TT)评估早期左心室心肌肥厚的心功能及心肌动力学的价值。材料与方法纳入30只雄性SD大鼠(对照组10只,实验组20只)。采用异丙肾上腺素5 mg/kg连续7 d皮下注射建立早期左心室心肌肥厚大鼠模型,然后将大鼠进行7.0T心脏磁共振电影序列扫描。应用CVI42.0软件得到心功能参数,包括左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室每搏输出量(LVSV)、左心室舒张末期最大室壁厚度(LVEDTHmax)及左心室心肌质量(LVmass)。应用MR-TT分析左心室整体径向应力(GRS)、整体周向应力(GCS)及整体纵向应力(GLS)。同时对大鼠的基线指标进行比较。结果与对照组比较,实验组大鼠的心脏质量(t=10.830,P<0.01)、心脏体重比(t=11.690,P<0.01)、LVEF(t=3.300,P<0.01)、LVEDTHmax(t=7.559,P<0.01)、LVSV(t=3.430,P<0.01)及LVmass(t=6.223,P<0.01)增大,LVESV(t=3.401,P<0.01)减低;GRS[(54.23±1.21)%比(40.44±2.17)%,t=4.305,P<0.01]、GCS[(-25.02±0.28)%比(-20.95±0.73)%,t=3.831,P<0.01]及GLS[(-22.34±0.83)%比(-18.86±1.01)%,t=2.239,P<0.05]显著减低。结论MR-TT可用于早期左心室心肌肥厚的心功能及心肌动力评价。Purpose To investigate the evaluation value of magnetic resonance tissue tracking(MR-TT)in rat model of cardiac function and dynamics of left ventricular myocardial hypertrophy.Materials and Methods A total of 30 male SD rats(including 10 control rats and 20 model rats)were included in this study.A left ventricular hypertrophy rat model was established by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol 5 mg/kg for 7 consecutive days,then 7.0 T MRI was further performed.Cardiac function parameters including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV),left ventricular end-diastolic maximum wall thickness(LVEDTHmax)and left ventricular mass(LVmass)were obtained by CVI42.0 software.The left ventricular global radial strain(GRS),global circumferential strain(GCS)and global longitudinal strain(GLS)were analyzed via MR-TT.At the same time,the baseline indexes of rats were also compared.Results Compared with the control group,the heart weight,heart weight/body ratio,LVEF,LVEDTHmax,LVSV and LVmass of the model group were significantly higher(t=10.830,11.690,3.300,7.559,3.430 and 6.223,P<0.01),while the LVESV of model group was significantly lower than that of control group(t=3.401,P<0.01).Left ventricular myocardial strains such as GRS[(54.23±1.21)%vs.(40.44±2.17)%;t=4.305,P<0.01],GCS[(-25.02±0.28)%vs.(-20.95±0.73)%;t=3.831,P<0.01],and GLS[(-22.34±0.83)%vs.(-18.86±1.01)%;t=2.239,P<0.05]of model group were significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion MR-TT could be used to evaluate cardiac function and myocardial dynamics in rat model of early left ventricular hypertrophy.
