“双循环”格局下家具设计人才本地化意识与能力培养研究

摘　　要：“双循环”的新发展格局为我国家具产业带来了新的发展机遇,家具产业的进一步发展壮大需要培养大量掌握目标语细分市场语言、文化和消费需求的本地化家具设计人才。本文以参加第四轮林业工程学科评估的9所院校的家具设计相关专业作为研究对象,从培养目标、课程体系和培养模式三个方面,对家具设计人才的本地化意识与有关能力培养的现状进行了分析,同时就培养目标的设定、课程体系的构建和培养模式的创新提出了一些建议,以期对新时代本地化家具设计人才的培养带来启迪。The new development pattern of"Dual Circulations"brings new opportunities for China's furniture industry development.In the face of unprecedented changes in the world,the further expansion of the furniture industry is in urgent need of a large number of furniture design talents with localization consciousness,who bear good understanding of the language,culture and consumer demand of target language segments.This paper takes 9 universities’programs in furniture design having participated in the fourth round discipline evaluation of forestry engineering as the research object,and makes analysis of the current situation of their cultivation of furniture design talents’localization consciousness and related abilities from the aspects of training objectives,course system and training mode.Some suggestions are hereby made on the setting of training objectives,the construction of curriculum system and the innovation of training mode for the purpose of successful cultivation of localized furniture design talents in the New Era.
