重症肝病患者人工肝治疗前后血液生化检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究重症肝病患者人工肝治疗前后血液生化检测的临床价值。方法选择2017年8月—2018年12月该院收治的50例重症肝病患者作为研究对象,对所有的患者实施人工肝治疗,通过观察指标治疗前后的变化,判断人工肝的治疗结果。结果治疗后的PT、APTT、TT、FIB指标分别是(20.25±1.25)s、(20.69±1.99)s、(18.14±2.35)s、(1.42±0.11)g/L,结合数据得知,治疗后的数值和治疗前差异有统计学意义(t=13.520、9.470、14.780、3.100,P<0.05),对比治疗前有不同程度的缩短。结论人工肝治疗方式本身有重要的作用,在整个过程中有突出的作用,可以满足临床治疗的基本要求。Objective To study the clinical value of blood biochemical detection before and after artificial liver treatment in patients with severe liver disease.Methods Selected 50 patients with severe liver disease admitted from August 2017 to December 2018 in the hospital as object of study,implement artificial liver treatment on all patients,and judge the results of artificial liver treatment by observing the changes of observation targets before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the indexes of PT,APTT,TT,and FIB were(20.25±1.25)s,(20.69±1.99)s,(18.14±2.35)s,(1.42±0.11)g/L.According to the data,the difference between the value after treatment and before treatment is statistically significant(t=13.520,9.470,14.780,3.100,P<0.05),which shortened than that before treatment.Conclusion The artificial liver treatment method itself has an important role,and has a prominent role in the whole process,which can meet the basic requirements of clinical treatment.
