低剂量米非司酮应用于子宫肌瘤的效果及对血清激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究子宫肌瘤患者运用低剂量米非司酮治疗的临床效果及对血清激素水平产生的影响。方法选取于2017年10月—2019年10月该院收治的88例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组(低剂量米非司酮治疗)和对照组(高剂量米非司酮治疗),各44例。对比两组治疗情况。结果相比于对照组(72.73%),观察组治疗总有效率(93.18%)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.510,P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清激素相关指标差异无统计学意义(t=0.087、0.053、0.070,P>0.05),治疗后,观察组血清雌二醇、黄体生成激素及卵泡刺激素各指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.917、3.111、3.692,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(11.36%)低于对照组(29.55%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.470,P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者运用低剂量米非司酮治疗,能够提高治疗效果,改善患者的血清激素水平,同时还存在较低的不良反应发生率,其治疗有效性和安全性均较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of low-dose mifepristone treatment in patients with uterine fibroids and its influence on serum hormone levels.Methods A total of 88 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to this hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(low-dose mifepristone treatment)and control group(high-dose mifepristone treatment).44 cases in each group.Compared the treatment of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(72.73%),the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment(93.18%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.510,P<0.05);before treatment,the difference in serum hormone-related indicators between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=0.087,0.053,0.070,P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.917,3.111,3.692,P<0.05);at the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(11.36%)was lower than that in the control group(29.55%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.470,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of low-dose mifepristone treatment for patients with uterine fibroids can improve the therapeutic effect and improve the patient's serum hormone levels.At the same time,there is a low incidence of adverse reactions,and its treatment effectiveness and safety are high.
