逐瘀化痰汤与西医联合治疗脑卒中后眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中后眩晕应用逐瘀化痰汤联合西医治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2017年2月—2020年2月就诊于该院的脑卒中后眩晕患者80例以随机数表法分为两组,对照组用西医方案治疗,观察组则加用逐瘀化痰汤联合治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(97.50%vs 77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007);治疗前眩晕持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显短于对照组[(3.11±0.85)s vs(5.18±1.52)s],差异有统计学意义(t=7.518,P<0.001);治疗前组间高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血液黏度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显低于对照组[(5.28±0.58)mpa·s vs(5.89±0.61)mpa·s],差异有统计学意义(t=4.583,P<0.001);[(46.33±4.82)mpa·s vs(50.09±5.14)mpa·s],差异有统计学意义(t=3.375,P=0.001);[(1.30±0.15)mpa·s vs(1.55±0.18)mpa·s],差异有统计学意义(t=6.748,P<0.001)。结论脑卒中后眩晕应用逐瘀化痰汤联合西医治疗,相比西医疗法,可提高疗效,缩短眩晕持续时间,改善血液流变学指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhuyu Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of vertigo after stroke.Methods Selected 80 patients with vertigo who visted the hospital from January 2017 to February 2020 after stroke were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhuyu Huatan Decoction.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.50%vs 77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.007);there was no statistically significant difference in the duration of vertigo before treatment(P>0.05),and the observation group was significantly shorter after treatment than the control group[(3.11±0.85)s vs(5.18±1.52)s],the difference was statistically significant(t=7.518,P<0.001);there was no statistically significant difference in high-cut whole blood viscosity,low-cut whole blood viscosity,and blood viscosity between the groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group[(5.28±0.58)mpa·s vs(5.89±0.61)mpa·s],the difference was statistically significant(t=4.583,P<0.001);[(46.33±4.82)mpa·s vs(50.09±5.14)mpa·s],the difference was statistically significant(t=3.375,P=0.001);[(1.30±0.15)mpa·s vs(1.55±0.18)mpa·s],the difference was statistically significant(t=6.748,P<0.001).Conclusion The treatment of vertigo after stroke with Zhuyu Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the curative effect,shorten the duration of vertigo,and improve the hemorheology index compared with western medicine.
