可塑纤维桩与预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床应用效果及治愈成功研究

摘　　要：目的评估在口腔修复中应用可塑纤维桩与预成纤维桩对于临床治疗效果和治愈成功率的影响。方法方便选择医院2019年6—12月就诊的88例口腔修复患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组与观察组各为44例,对照组采用可塑纤维桩修复,观察组接受预成纤维桩修复,将两组口腔修复患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组治疗治愈成功率(97.73%)高于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.455,P=0.034);观察组并发症发生率(4.55%)小于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.310,P=0.006);观察组咬合力(10.89±1.52)kg高于对照组(9.01±1.35)kg,观察组咀嚼效率(88.93±5.25)%高于对照组(78.61±4.28)%,差异有统计学意义(t=6.134、10.106,P<0.001);观察组修复时间(65.39±10.73)min短于对照组(110.52±13.67)min,满意度评分(95.63±2.05)分高于对照组(85.34±3.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.226、16.580,P<0.001)。结论口腔修复中应用预成纤维桩的效果显著,可以有效提升治愈成功率,改善预后,值得在临床上进行推广使用。Objective To evaluate the influence of the application of plastic fiber post and preformed fiber post in oral restoration on the clinical treatment effect and the success rate of cure.Methods A total of 88 dental prosthesis patients in the hospital from June to December 2019 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.There were 44 cases in the control group and the observation group.The control group was repaired with plastic fiber posts.The observation group received preformed fiber post repair,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of oral repair patients were compared.Results The cure success rate of the observation group(97.73%)was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.455,P=0.034);the complication rate of the observation group(4.55%)was lower than that of the control group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.310,P=0.006);the bite force(10.89±1.52)kg of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(9.01±1.35)kg,and the mastication efficiency(88.93±5.25)%of the observation group was higher than the control group was(78.61±4.28)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.134,10.106,P<0.001);the repair time of the observation group was(65.39±10.73)min shorter than that of the control group(110.52±13.67)min,the satisfaction score(95.63±2.05)points was higher than the control group(85.34±3.57)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.226,16.580,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of prefabricated fiber post in oral restoration has a significant effect,which can effectively increase the success rate of cure and improve the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
