摘 要:目的探讨体量指数与绝经后女性乳腺癌患者病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析该院2016年1月—2019年12月144例乳腺癌病例,收集患者的年龄、月经状态、身高、体质量、肿瘤大小、临床分期、免疫组化指标等资料,将纳入患者按照我国体量指数分为非超重组(BMI<24 kg/m^(2))和超重组(BMI≥24 kg/m^(2))。对两组的临床病理特征进行比较。结果144例绝经后乳腺癌患者平均年龄为(61.30±7.19)岁,平均BMI为(23.60±2.92)kg/m^(2),非超重组(79例)与超重组(65例)在有无淋巴结转移、HER2状态、HR状态、分子分型及临床分期方面差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.147、0.605、0.698、2.627、2.589,P>0.05),绝经后,非超重组乳腺癌肿瘤大小≤2 cm为81%、>2 cm的为19%,优于超重组的61.5%、38.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.741,P<0.05)。结论超重组的绝经后乳腺癌肿瘤体积更大,提示体量指数可能会影响绝经后乳腺癌的预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index and pathological characteristics of postmenopausal women with breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2016 to December 2019144 breast cancer cases in the hospital was performed.The age,menstrual status,height,weight,tumor size,clinical stage,immunohistochemical index and other data of the patients were collected.The included cases were classified into non-overweight(BMI<24 kg/m^(2))and super-recombination(BMI≥24 kg/m^(2)).The chi-square test was used to compare the clinicopathological characteristics of the two groups.Results The average age of 144 postmenopausal breast cancer patients was(61.30±7.19)years old,and the average BMI was(23.60±2.92)kg/m^(2).The presence or absence of lymph node metastasis in non-super-recombination(79 cases)and super-recombination(65 cases),HER2 status,HR status,molecular typing and clinical staging,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.147,0.605,0.698,2.627,2.589,P>0.05),postmenopausal,non-excess recombinant breast cancer tumor size≤2 cm was 81%,>2 cm was 19%,which was better than super-recombinant 61.5%and 38.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.741,P<0.05).Conclusion The tumors of postmenopausal breast cancer with super-recombination are larger,suggesting that body mass index may affect the prognosis of postmenopausal breast cancer.
