节拍化疗在乳腺癌晚期治疗中对不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析节拍化疗在乳腺癌晚期治疗中对不良反应的影响。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2019年12月收治的90例乳腺癌患者为该次研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例,对照组予以常规化疗,研究组予以节拍化疗,观察并比较两组患者临床效果、不良反应发生情况及生活质量。结果研究组总有效率为42.22%,控制率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为40.00%,控制率为88.89%,两组总有效率、控制率对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.046、0.104,P>0.05);研究组消化道反应、骨髓抑制、手足综合征等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.055,P>0.05),治疗后两组均有所升高,但研究组生活质量评分更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.781,P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌晚期患者采用节拍化疗治疗效果显著,与常规化疗临床疗效无差异,且节拍化疗不良反应发生率低,安全性更高,并可有效改善患者生活质量。Objective To study and analyze the influence of rhythm chemotherapy on adverse reactions in advanced breast cancer treatment.Methods A total of 90 breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were conveniently selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional chemotherapy,the research group was given rhythm chemotherapy to observe and compare the clinical effects,adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 42.22%and the control rate was 86.67%in the study group,and the total effective rate was 40.00%and the control rate was 88.89%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate and control rate between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.046,0.104,P>0.05).The incidence of digestive tract reaction,bone marrow suppression,hand-foot syndrome and other adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(t=0.055,P>0.05),and it was increased in both groups after treatment,but the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.781,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of rhythm chemotherapy for patients with advanced breast cancer is significant,and there is no difference in clinical efficacy from conventional chemotherapy,and the incidence of adverse reactions of rhythm chemotherapy is low,the safety is higher.
